I have graduated with a 3.20 GPA degree from Abant Izzet Baysal University Mengen Vocational School, which is one the most remarkable schools in cooking department in Turkey. I have developed various and high skills on kitchen and gastronomy during my education. I’ve learned about costing, menu preparation, making of standard recipes. Also, learned Excel software in order to prepare recipes and costing. I had chance to learn about knife anatomy and using techniques, products and tools used in cooking. Also, I’ve gained experiences on crisis management on my previous position. The gastronomy conferences and fairs I’ve attended made me have more knowledge about my job. I attended couple of courses in efficient time management, emotion management, oratory, hygiene education, crisis management and occupational health and safety, and finished them successfully.
